RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Read below for information on how to exchange and return your item(s) to us:

  • Exchanges

  • Step 1: Please e-mail us at hello@growmaternity.com within 7 days after receiving your garment and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

    Step 2: Ship the goods back to us.

    Please note the following:

    • The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining.
    • You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. (To be safe, the package should be sent by registered mail).
    • The return postage is paid by the customer, and our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).

    Step 3:  Please inform us by email of the new product, color, and size desired. 

    If the product you desire is in stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities the exchange will be processed within a week. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities. 

    If the product you desire is out of stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities the exchange will be processed as soon as we get the item back in stock. The time for this may vary, but we will keep you in the loop. Once the garment is available you will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities.

    Once a package is received, checked and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 15 working days.

    Refunds

    Grow Maternity Underwear Lda. will refund returned items but not any shipping charges additional to the original order. It normally takes around 10-15 working days from the time you send your returns for a repayment to be made. Grow Maternity Underwear Lda. reserves the right to reject items that appear to have been altered, washed or damaged by misuse.

    Claims

    We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the fault and a photo showing the fault. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed with the claim.
